She’z” 이진아 “MY Way”

  She'z is a group that debuted in May of 2012. The leader is Lee ( JinAh )  이진아 , followed by Lee  ( TaeYeon )  이태연 , Kim ( SeYeon ) 김세연  and finally the maknae   Kim ( JiYoung )  김지영.

  The first video release was the song/video called “MY Way”  내 맘대로. Which is a song that is about a girl that is just “way to full of herself”. The song has a somewhat overpowering bass beat to nice vocal harmonies with Tae Yeon singing back solos. She has a very distinctive voice. There’s a mix of group dance sets and individual scenery sets that adds to the pleasure of watching. One thing I really liked is, throughout the video there are block scenes with help identify each lady for those of us that are new to the group.

   In June of 2012 they came out with their next single/video named “U U”  유유 . This one has a much happier sound with a complete opposite theme as the first song. It’s about finding that first and always love. It has simple but pleasing dance routines and a story line with the girls helping one of them to get ready to meet that first /always love.  They have a pleasant sound which I hope to hear more of.
