Juniel. 주니엘, “ Bad Man” 나쁜 사람

 

   Today I would like to do a brief review on a young lady who made her start in Japan and continues to be successful  there and now in Korea. I’m speaking of  Choi Jun Hee, 최준희  Better known as Juniel.  주니엘   She is a young singer/songwriter that plays guitar, piano and maybe more. She has talent dripping from her finger tips. Her most recent song/video called “ Bad Man”  나쁜 사람   from her album “1 & 1” is about a  lost love that was one sided. Broken hearted, she scolds him and then thinks about loving again with him seeing what he gave up. How true is that of so many of us.    

  The video begins with a rustic house setting in which  Juniel is playing/singing as so many of her video do. The scenery then turns to white which I believe represents the starting over thoughts, “clean slate” as it were. Then the end depicts the renewal of color. (pink of course) Perhaps her dream had thoughts of a new love!  Overall, a pleasant sound for a song about getting your heart ripped out. I encourage everyone to give a listen.
